Tamara StClair examines the way Silicon Valley approaches health care versus the way large legacy incumbents go about doing the same thing. There’s big differences with good and bad on both sides. She spent a few minutes with us at the 2019 Lake Nona Impact Forum and discussed how much legacy organizations could learn from tech companies. Including how talent is their biggest asset, agile processes, customer loyalty and retention and how to break their own business models.
